To demonstrate our confidence in the quality and reliability of this product, Victoria & AlbertŪ hereby grant a warranty of quality valid for 25 years.
The warranty is valid from purchase date against defect in the materials and or workmanship and will replace or repair the defective product subject to the following conditions:
Our obligation is to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Our warranty is offered on all products that have been used in the manner they were intended, and does not apply to any products that have been misused or abused in any way. Products must be installed and cared for in line with our fixing instructions and local water bylaws.*
The warranty does not extend to:
- Scratches or accidental damage after purchase.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow installation or care and cleaning instructions.
- Damage on installation.
- Faults arising from improper use.
- Plating of metal feet.
- Veneered & wooden feet.
- Waste kits.
The warranty covers products in domestic use by the consumer and not commercial or business use.
Drains and standpipes can be ordered direct from Victoria & Albert by UK customers only.

Before installing the bath or attaching the feet please take a moment to read the fitting instructions.
* Only Victoria & Albert drains, feet/plinths should be used in installation. Use of other materials will invalidate this warranty.
Your warranty will be invalidated if you do not follow our installation instructions.
